Australia Post Delays:

Whilst our warehouse remains fully operational, Aust Post is unable to keep up with the increased parcel volume due to Covid restrictions.

Aust Post are continuing to clear/reduce the back-log of parcels already in their distribution centres awaiting processing.

Please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. The most up to date details can be found on the Aust Post website.

Australia Post (EXPRESS eParcel Update):

Australia Post has acknowledged that they are unable to meet their Express Post service levels at the moment.

If you choose to send an order via Express Post, Australia Post have indicated the parcel will receive the current, fastest possible service, but it may experience delays and no postage refunds are available.

Orders containing 'in stock' items placed prior to 2pm AEST, will be dispatched same day. (On business days).

Express Delivery Costs:

You have the option of upgrading your delivery service to Australia Post Express eParcel.

Express Post costs will be calcuated during checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery postcode.

Australia Post estimate that their EXPRESS eParcel Post Service (with Signature on delivery) will deliver your order 'fastest possible'. (Please visit this Aust Post Page for latest updates / status )


Express Delivery Times:

Australia Post are generally very good at meeting their estimated delivery times, but occasionally Express eParcels will arrive later than expected. (Please keep in mind, Australia Post do not guarantee their Express eParcel Service delivery times.)

For full list please see the 'National Network' section on the Australia Post website. Some major regional centres such as Geelong, Newcastle and the Gold Coast are also given 'next business day' status.

All destinations outside of the 'next business day' network are sent 'fastest possible delivery'.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse? :

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a customer pickup service from our warehouse at the moment.

Can I request to leave my parcel unattended? :

All orders sent via the Australia Post eParcel service require a signature on delivery. If no one is present to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office for collection.

To avoid collecting your parcel from the post office, we encourage customers to consider sending their orders to their work address or making use of a parcel locker service that may be more accessible after hours or closer to work etc.




Product Statuses:

Product Availability: In Stock & Clearance!:

The above delivery times are for 'in stock' or 'clearance' items, based on Australia Post estimates.

These products are kept in stock, in our Australian warehouse, and will leave the warehouse within 24 hours (on business days)

To have your order leave the warehouse 'same day' you must place your order before 2pm AEST time.

Product Availability: Back Order or Pre Order or Special Order:

If an item is not in stock on our website, we will display an estimated time for us to receive this product into our warehouse (for example 7 days). To calculate your expected delivery date, simply add the availability estimate to the shipping times listed above.

Product Availability: In Stock + a Back Order or Pre Order or Special Order item on 1 order:

If you place an order which contains an item not in our warehouse (the availability status is Back Order or Pre Order or Special Order), we will hold your entire order in our warehouse until all items are ready for delivery. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that item.
